Dear New Canaan Korean School Families,

We are pleased to announce that Spring 2026 registration is now open for new students with limited spot. We have a rich and exciting semester planned, including a visit from a special Korean dance performance team from the Korean Traditional Music and Dance Center of New York (KTMDC). Students will experience a live performance and learn directly from professional traditional dance artists.

We will also celebrate the Lunar New Year with a Mandoo (dumpling) making event, along with various hands-on Korean cultural activities. Spring semester cultural classes will include Korean dance, K-pop songs, Korean art, Korean calligraphy, Korean history, and more. Students will also enjoy participating in 시장놀이 (Market Play), an interactive cultural learning experience.

In addition, our five-week Korean Culture Program allows students to explore interest-based areas in more depth, helping them understand and appreciate Korean culture through meaningful, activity-centered learning.
