Dr. Nara Jeong
Dr. Jeong holds her BM degree from Seoul National University in Korea. She holds MM and DMA degrees from the Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. Previously, Dr. Jeong was a teacher at the Connecticut Korean School and served as the program director for the Connecticut Korean School in New Canaan. Dr. Jeong is the Founder of the New Canaan Korean School and is a teacher for younger students.

Ms. Wook Ju Lee
Ms. Lee graduated from Korea University majored in Public Health Science. She works at GE Healthcare Korea. She worked at 기쁨의 교회 한글 학교, 코네티컷 한글 학교 교사 as a teacher. She is a teacher for our younger students. She has served as a Vice Principal at New Canaan Korean School.

Ms. SooJung Shin
Ms. Shin graduated from Korea University with a major in business administration. She got a master's in Information System from Yonsei University and finished the doctorate coursework in Management Information System from Korean University. She taught Business Statistics and Management Information System to undergraduate students at Korea University and worked as a system engineer at LG and as a business consultant at Samil PwC.

Ms. Harim Kim
Ms. Kim is a multidisciplinary designer who graduated from the School of Visual Arts with a major in motion graphic design. She has nearly a decade of experience in creative direction, art direction, motion graphics, and visual design.

Ms. Nayoung Kim
Ms. Kim graduated from Ewha Woman University majored in English Literature and received a doctorate degree in Shakespeare. She worked as a researcher and instructor at Ewha Womans University and translated a few books.

Ms. Bokyung Seo
Ms. Seo earned her Bachelor’s degree from Sahmyook University in Seoul, South Korea, and holds an MBA from Monroe College. For five years, she served as an International Admissions Counselor at Monroe College.

Ms Dakyung Lee
Dakyung Lee was born in South Korea and grew up in Paraguay and New York City before settling in Connecticut. She holds a BFA from The Cooper Union School of Art and began her career at Ogilvy and Chipotle, developing global branding and advertising campaigns. She went on to co-found and lead a boutique design firm in New York City for over a decade, where she worked with Fortune 500 companies and global brands. Passionate about creativity and culture, she is now excited to share the Korean language and traditions with children.

Saejeong Park
Saejeong Park studied Molecular Biology at Sookmyung Women’s University and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Computational Genomics at Yale University. Beyond her research, she has enjoyed sharing Korean language and culture with friends in the U.S., including teaching Korean while learning English in return. She is excited to bring this experience to the classroom and looks forward to supporting students in learning Korean.
